District partnership

One agreement. Many campuses.

Independent school districts keep the gyms and fields. We staff after-school clubs, break academies, and unused hours — with utilization reports back to the district office and no new FTE.

After-school clubs

2–3 sessions a week on elementary and middle campuses. We staff, enroll, and run the Stripe System. The district keeps the gym.

Break & summer academies

Three-hour blocks during fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks — tennis, soccer, basketball, multi-sport, or robotics.

Gym and field utilization

Unused after-hours courts and fields become programmed inventory. Monthly utilization reports go to the district office.

Athletics feeder path

A White-to-Black ladder that sits under campus athletics. Skill, game stats, and character — scored in the open.

Revenue without new staff

85/15 on registration, merch, and events. Coaches and site leads are ours. No added FTE on the district payroll.

One operating system

Same programs, same evaluations, same parent comms across every campus in the agreement. Start with a pilot cluster.

Recreation as a Service

We drop in a full youth-sports offering — coaches, curriculum, enrollment, and the Stripe System — so a rec center, clubhouse, or campus is full of classes without hiring a coaching department.

Rec Management

We operate recreation centers and amenity buildings on behalf of cities, HOAs, schools, and districts. The partner keeps the building. We run the hours, the staff, the schedule, and the programs inside it.
