For partners
Municipal
Rec Management or Recreation as a Service for municipal centers and complexes. Parks keeps the building. We run the calendar.
Residential
Custom clubs for clubhouses, pools, courts, and green space — designed for residents, not a generic rec class.
Campus
After-school clubs and academy blocks on gyms, fields, and multipurpose rooms — without adding to school staff.
District
One agreement, many campuses. After-school clubs, break academies, and gym utilization across an ISD — no new district FTE.
Programming
We drop in a full youth-sports offering — coaches, curriculum, enrollment, and the Stripe System — so a rec center, clubhouse, or campus is full of classes without hiring a coaching department.
Operations
We operate recreation centers and amenity buildings on behalf of cities, HOAs, schools, and districts. The partner keeps the building. We run the hours, the staff, the schedule, and the programs inside it.
Programs

Tennis · Ages 3–8
A fun, safe first court for PreK through 2nd grade. Small groups, certified coaches, equipment provided.

Soccer · Ages 5–14
The premier youth soccer network in the metroplex. Every player starts at White Stripe and earns the next level on the field.

Basketball · Ages 3–10
Dribble, pass, shoot, and share the ball — taught the right way from the first session.

Flag football · Ages 5–14
No tackle. All skill. Real game IQ from day one.

Pickleball · Ages 5–14
The fastest-growing court sport in America, built as a stripe pathway for kids.

Cricket · Ages 6–16
Batting, bowling, fielding, and cricket IQ — traditional values with a modern stripe ladder.

The Stripe System
Every program we place in a rec center uses the same seven-level ladder. Coaches assess skill, game stats, and character on monthly Test Days. Partners get a shared language. Families get a path.
McKinney desk
Parks directors, HOA boards, principals, and district offices start with Rec Management. Families start with a trial or White Stripe registration.
