Zim Sports Group is a Recreation as a Service company. We program youth sports and manage facilities for cities, HOA communities, schools, and school districts across North Texas. Partners keep the building. We operate the hours, the staff, and the calendar inside it.

The product families see is ten programs — Tennis Tots Club, Prime United FC, basketball, flag football, pickleball, cricket, volleyball, korfball, running, and robotics — all on one Stripe System. The product partners see is utilization: courts booked, coaches on site, enrollment handled, reporting on time — without adding staff.

Clive Mangwere, CEO and Chairman, leads the group from McKinney. Tennis Tots Club is the early academy. Jr Sports Club is the multi-sport platform. Rec Management is how those programs live inside a rec center, HOA clubhouse, school campus, or district gym instead of only on rented fields.
